Policies
Jurnal Dinamika Administrasi dan Manajemen (JDAM) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and quality. Our policies cover several critical aspects of the publication process to ensure transparency, integrity, and fairness:
✅ Open Access Policy
JDAM is an open access journal. All articles are freely available to readers worldwide immediately upon publication, without subscription or paywall barriers. This supports wider dissemination and impact of scholarly work.
✅ Publication Ethics
JDAM adheres to ethical guidelines based on COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) standards. Authors must ensure the originality of their manuscripts, properly cite sources, and avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, or any form of unethical research practices. Editors and reviewers must handle manuscripts objectively, confidentially, and without conflict of interest.
✅ Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts with significant similarity (generally >20%) may be rejected outright or returned to authors for revision.
✅ Archiving Policy
JDAM uses electronic archiving systems to ensure long-term preservation of published content. Articles are stored in institutional repositories and databases to guarantee accessibility even in the event of journal website changes.
Through these policies, JDAM aims to foster responsible scholarship and uphold the trust of authors, reviewers, and readers.
