Peer Review Process

Jurnal Dinamika Administrasi dan Manajemen (JDAM) applies a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly contribution of all submitted manuscripts.

Key stages of our review process:

  1. Initial Screening: The editorial team reviews each submission for completeness, adherence to author guidelines, and alignment with the journal’s focus and scope. Manuscripts that do not meet these basic requirements may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected outright.

  2. Double-Blind Peer Review: Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Both reviewers and authors remain anonymous throughout the process to maintain impartiality.

  3. Review Outcomes: Based on reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial team decides to: accept, accept with minor revisions, request major revisions, or reject the manuscript.

  4. Revision and Final Decision: Authors must address reviewers’ comments carefully. Revised manuscripts are reviewed again by the editorial team and, if necessary, by the original reviewers before a final decision is made.

  5. Editing and Publication: Accepted manuscripts undergo professional copyediting and typesetting prior to publication in the scheduled issue.

JDAM strives to complete the review process efficiently while upholding high academic standards, typically aiming for a decision within 8–12 weeks of submission.
