Jurnal Dinamika Administrasi dan Manajemen (JDAM) is a peer-reviewed open access journal that publishes high-quality scholarly works in the fields of public administration, organizational management, and public policy. Issued three times a year — in April, August, and December — JDAM serves as an inclusive platform for academics, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas, present research findings, and explore contemporary challenges and innovations in administration and management, both within Indonesia and in a global context.
